The most common position for adjectives is after the noun. Adjectives in that position agree with the noun in gender, number, case, and definiteness. Plurals of inanimate nouns are always treated as a feminine singular, which means that they trigger feminine singular agreement on adjectives. This is demonstrated in the following example:
The red book = Al kitabu Al ahmaru الكتابُ الأحمرُ
It literally means the book the red, the word red which means احمر is the adjective here which agrees with a noun, in gender “masculine word”, number “only one book”, the definiteness, both have the definite article the and the case both has the damah
and As in the case of the adjective, we see full agreement in gender, number, case, and definiteness.

The little sparrow flies
العصفور الصغير يطير
the adjective here is “The little الصغير and the descriptive or noun is the sparrowالعصفور .
The big tree is fruitful
الشجرة الكبيرة مثمرة:
the adjective here is the big one الكبيرة, and the descriptive or noun is the tree الشجرة
I saw two predatory lions
رأيت أسدين مفترسين
the adjective here is predatoryمفترسين, and the descriptive or the nous is أسدين “two lions”
The manager came to the skilled engineers.
. أتى المدير على المهندسين الماهرين
the adjective here is skilled الماهرين, and the descriptive or epithet is the engineers المهندسين .
They are great doctors
إنهم أطباء عظماء
the adjective here is great عظماء, and the descriptive or epithet is the doctors أطباء.
